2. Use of Service

CallCapture is a lead recovery tool designed for transactional SMS only. You agree not to use our tool to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful messages.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Following any agreed live test period, the service becomes a rolling monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time via email.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed jobs, or damages resulting from downtime or technical errors.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
